APSO has an important role to play in continuously improving standards and providing guidance to stakeholders on developments and trends in the staffing industry.
All APSO members, and their staff, are held accountable to the APSO Code of Ethics and Codes of Professional Practice as per section 6 of the APSO Constitution.
APSO does not dictate to members how to run their business providing they do so in accordance with applicable legislation, but members are required to adhere to at least the minimum standards espoused with the Code of Ethics and Codes of Professional Practice.
As a proud member of the Institute of Ethics South Africa, APSO's Code and our complaints mechanisms have been vetted and are in accordance with accepted best practice.
