APSO New Corporate Identity

APSO is celebrating 35 years of existence in 2012 and we believe that it is the perfect time to launch into the future, positioning APSO as the premier staffing organisation on the continent!

In driving the professionalisation agenda, APSO needs to shift gears. We are really excited about our Vision 2015 objectives and that members – and stakeholders – will experience a bigger, better and more efficient APSO.

To achieve our goal of servicing the staffing industry across Africa, and move with the times – after all, who still refers to HR as "personnel”? - we’ve opted to change the name.

We believe that there is an intrinsic value in the acronym "APSO” and the brand it has created. As a result we have worked hard to maintain this within the new official organisation name. We therefore propose that henceforth APSO be known officially as:

The Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations

but that we continue to market ourselves as APSO, thereby retaining the brand value created over the past 30 years.

We’re really excited about our new logo. We believe that it’s professional, stylish and captures the essence of our objectives to professionalise the staffing industry across Africa.

To leverage all the fantastic work being done to achieve regulation and professional status for the industry, we have employed a full-time Communications Officer, Zina Girald, who will ensure that APSO’s corporate identity is effectively managed. We have developed a clear strategy in respect to marketing APSO and enhancing the value for members. Part of this process includes the creation of these graphics (below) that depict our primary service offerings. These are visually linked to the logo to make them easily recognisable to all stakeholders.
