APSO is a member’s organization run by members for members. The National Executive Committee is made up of members who volunteer their time and expertise to the organization. Each region within South Africa has its own Regional Committee, also made up of regional members who volunteer their time and expertise.

The National Executive Committee meets monthly to discuss and review issues affecting the association and the industry as a whole. Decisions are taken and action items are set up to ensure that the association runs smoothly. The Regional Chairpersons also attend the National Executive Committee meetings and are responsible for bringing forward issues that face their regional constituencies. The entire committee, including those at regional level, work hard towards achieving the association’s goals of professionalization of the recruitment industry and increased value and service to the members.
