All APSO member companies and their staff are bound by the APSO Code of Ethical & Professional Practice. The Code aims to uplift and maintain a professional image for the labour recruitment industry. This Code was drawn up, in line with International Best Practice and is used to ensure that all APSO members work according to the same set of ethics, recruitment principles and guidelines. The Code was recently revised to bring it up to date with the latest developments in recruitment and was formally ratified at the APSO National AGM on 21 July 2009.
