APSO Entrance Exam

All APSO members are required to have their operational staff write (and pass) the APSO entrance exam within 6 months of joining. This exam is designed to ensure that all recruiters carrying the APSO logo have at least the minimum levels of embedded knowledge applicable to the labour recruitment industry.

Please Note: APSO Entrance Exam is only open to employees working for an APSO-registered agency.

Continuous Professional Development

Due to the ever-changing nature of the labour recruitment industry it is imperative that APSO members maintain their skills and increase their knowledge. APSO facilitates various CPD events including training workshops, member forums, networking events and conferences. These training workshops and events take place regularly in each of the major centres and cover a variety of topics within the labour recruitment industry.
