Since 2006 Jane has been training for Outerboxthinking, focusing on the recruitment industry. She also has extensive experience as a recruiter and recruitment manager and owned her own agency for a number of years.

Jane has also been responsible for developing recruitment processes and policies and supporting skills development.

Jane qualified with a BA (Law, Psychology) & Hons (African Studies) (UCT). Her areas of specialisation include: recruitment, competency based interviewing skills, emotional intelligence, telephone management and etiquette and communication skills.
