We are facing a jobs' polarization, partly because of the switching of our economy from manufactory to services, partly because of the changes in occupational structure. Technologies have played an important role in eliminating middle jobs, characterized by highly automatable tasks, along with the international trades, which have particularly affected the  manufactory sector  where most of clerical work are established.
The  OECD assesses that  automation is related to tasks: provision foresees 9% of jobs can be 70% automated, while 25% of jobs can be automated from 50% to 70%.
