Research has proven that Competency Based Recruitment is the most effective and accurate approach for assessing a candidate’s suitability for a job during an interview.

With the high costs of employee turnover and increasing pressure to produce greater results with less staff, recruiters are more concerned than ever to attract and select the right talent for their organisations.

This workshop is half day online and half day face to face to maximise learning while saving time out of the office:

  • Participants will get user access to an interactive learning platform on 10th September and have one week to engage with the training material at their own pace and in their own space and time.
  • On 25th September, participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a half day skills development workshop, where they will receive expert feedback and direction for ongoing development.
