About the Trainer:


Bella Ngwenya has over 14 years’ experience in the Skills Development Facilitation, Training and Business Development in Human Resource arena.

As a facilitator Bella is highly skilled and experienced in managing the change process of individuals and teams in the training environment.  She has flexibility, well-honed skills, deep insight and a thorough understanding of human motivation. Her facilitation style is engaging, entertaining and highly interactive.

She uses Accelerated Learning Methodologies to enable participants to integrate the new learning quickly and efficiently so they can immediately apply these new learning’s effectively in their work place and throughout all aspects of their lives.

Bella graduated from UNISA where she studied her National Diploma in Human Resources.  She is qualified Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and A Trainer. She is the founder and the Managing Director of Pakanyo HR Solutions where she consults and manages the daily operations of the business.
