Course Content for Delegates:

  • Develop out of the box thinking BBBEE strategies and roll out proactive & innovative BBBEE initiatives; particularly focusing on the Enterprise Development, supplier Development and Skills Development programmes required in the new BBBEE Scorecard.
  • Develop proactive BBBEE strategies to contribute  to Transformation, while simultaneously obtaining the maximum points on the BBBEE scorecard and achieving the best BBBEE level.
  • Engage in Unemployed Youth Training and Entrepreneurship Development .

More about the Trainer:


Preggy Chetty is currently a Director with Thuthukisa. He is a Human Capital specialist with extensive corporate and government experience.

He has worked at senior levels, within various organisations and has implemented a range of strategic interventions to maximise people & organisational development, as well as to enhance bottom line returns.

His organisational roles include senior manager and head of department positions  in the HR and Training & Development divisions of the following large corporate organisations: Scaw Metals; Murray & Roberts; Mondi; Deloitte Consulting, City Power and Rand Water. Preggy is a Chartered HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), and he holds the following qualifications: BCom (Human Resources); BCom(Honours) (Human Resources Development); Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration &  Advanced Programme in  Labour.
