About the Trainer:

Ross Saunders

Ross started his career while still in high school, offering IT support to small businesses in the area. After school, he moved from desktop support to networking, outsourced to a number of corporates. His passion for computers led to a certification in Java programming, which saw him move into enterprise software development, followed by a move to what is now known as DevOps.

In the last eight years, Ross has held senior management positions in Support, IT, Development, and Information Security; while hiring for the same. He holds a Master’s degree in the Management of Technology and Innovation, and is a member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa and the International Association of Privacy Professionals
