Jane has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry as a trainer, advisor, area manager and owner of her own recruitment consultancy. As a trainer and consultant for well-known corporates and leading recruitment agencies, she focuses primarily on the full recruitment process and competency-based interviewing skills.


This course is a two day online workshop to maximise learning while saving time out of the office:

  • Participants will get user access to an interactive learning platform on 11th February and have one week to engage with the training material at their own pace and in their own space and time.
  • On 20th February, participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in online skills development workshop, where they will receive expert feedback and direction for ongoing development.

Workshop participants will have the opportunity to experience an individualised coaching/mentoring intervention that focuses on cementing the learning from the workshop within the workplace.
