Jane has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry as a trainer, advisor, area manager and owner of her own recruitment consultancy. As a trainer and consultant for well-known corporates and leading recruitment agencies, she focuses primarily on the full recruitment process and competency-based interviewing skills.
