Jephias Gwarinda is the Founder and Director of Pachedu Skills Solutions. His passion in sharing knowledge and empowering others led him to establish the Company. Pachedu Skills Solutions is into corporate training and skills development.

Jephias is a Holder of a BCom (Hons) in Risk Management and Insurance. He is also studying towards a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning with the University of Free State. Jephias has been involved in training and skills development for the past 8 years. He is a Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator for three SETAs (the INSETA, PSETA and LGSETA).
