Tabea Magodielo received a standing ovation as she officially stepped down as APSO President yesterday. In her final address at the AGM she thanked all the members, her colleagues on the APSO Council and the staff at APSO Head Office for the support she has received during her 3-year term of office. She specifically mentioned that she felt privileged to have grown as a person during her tenure and that she will forever be grateful for the wonderful people she’s met and the opportunities she’s had to influence the staffing industry locally and abroad. She ended by wishing her successor, Jacqui Ford, all the very best as she takes APSO into the future.

In her special thanks presentation, Natalie Singer reminisced about Tabea’s first APSO meeting and how she insisted that she would see APSO transform and we believe that we can all agree that she has achieved this goal. In summing up what she believed Tabea’s legacy would be, Natalie said, “APSO has transformed; from local association to world-respected professional body.”
