 APSO in proud association with Global Business Solutions presents

Are you worried about the impact of the changes to the LRA, in particular the "deemed provision" and how these will affect your ability to offer attractive, profitable TES solutions to your clients?

Then this seminar is exactly what you need!
APSO is committed to empowering our members and is thrilled to provide our members with exclusive access to this one-day practical seminar led by CAPES COO and renown labour lawyer, Johnny Goldberg.

  • Unpacking the Labour Relations Amendment Act and in particular the changes that affect Temporary Employment Services (TES) and other a-typical employees;
  • Unpacking the Employment Equity Act and in particular the concept of "Equal Treatment" and how this will be applied to temps, part-time and other a-typical employees;
  • Impact of the impending Employment Services Act, including registration and licensing;
  • Johnny will share some recent cases (specific to the TES industry) and their impact on issues such as dismissal and collective bargaining;
  • TES Solutions and how these can be added (or incorporated) into your business

The legislative changes will be addressed with a particular focus on the impact on TES businesses and throughout the seminar practical solutions on how to manage the changes will be shared. Don't miss your opportunity to get the latest information from "the horse's mouth" and to get answers to all of the questions that have kept you up at night.
